Aerobic Maintenance Agreements
Residential and commercial maintenance agreements for aerobic septic systems. We keep your system inspected and your county reports filed. Call for pricing.
Why You Need One
Required for Most Aerobic Systems
Every new aerobic system in Texas starts with a two-year service policy with a licensed maintenance provider. After that, owners of single-family homes can either keep a maintenance contract or maintain the system themselves, and some counties require a training course first. Businesses and other commercial properties need to stay under contract.
Most homeowners find a contract is the easiest way to keep the system working and the paperwork in order. Not sure what your county expects? Call and we’ll help you find out.
Our agreement covers the inspections, the routine maintenance and the reporting, so your system keeps working and your paperwork with the county stays current.

Owner Responsibilities
- Keep the chlorinator stocked with chlorine, if your system has one.
- Keep the yard mowed and the tanks, lids and spray area easy to reach.
- Keep your county license to operate current.
- Call us right away about any problem with the system.
- Don’t let water softener backwash drain into the treatment tank.
- Have the tanks pumped when needed. We don’t pump, but we’ll let you know when it’s time. We keep a list of pumping companies we recommend in your area. Just give us a call and we’ll point you to one.
Good to Know
The Fine Print, Simply
- The agreement fee covers inspection and routine maintenance. Parts, equipment and repair labor are extra.
- Tanks need risers or manways so we can reach them. If they’re buried, digging to them is billed by the hour.
- Either side can end the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
- Some systems need water samples tested. Lab charges are paid by the owner.
